Q: Where can I buy cannabis and have it delivered same day?
A: We offer same-day delivery for our partners that sell cannabis – and we’re expanding! You can check out who we deliver for on our PARTNERS page.
Q: Can someone else accept my package on my behalf?
A: Health Canada states that a named responsible adult can accept the package on your behalf – you simply need to inform your Licensed Producer or Retailer during the order process, and the name responsible adult will need to provide ID and sing for the package when it arrives.
Q: Can I track my package?
A: Yes! You can track the progress of your delivery on our HOME page
Q: How will I know you’re on your way?
A: You will receive an SMS Notification when:
Your order is being prepared
Your package is out for delivery
You’re 1st in queue
Your delivery driver is 5 mins away
Q: What happens if I’m not home to receive my package?
A: First, we try to contact you to reschedule your delivery – we make every effort because we know how important your package is to you. If we can’t get in touch with you, we will leave a door hanger to let you know we tried our best.
Q: Can I change my delivery time?
A: Yes! Simply reach out to our Customer Service Team through chat on our HOME page: we will work with you to find a better delivery time.
Q: Why does my position in queue or my Estimate Time of Arrival change?
Rush Orders may be prioritized ahead of your order after you’ve placed it, depending on volumes and timing. We will still be on time within the window you selected for your delivery.

Q: What kind of ID do I need to have ready when you arrive?
