Q: Can someone else accept my package on my behalf?

A: Discretion is important to us: part of our process is making sure the person who ordered is the person who receives the package, whether it’s a recreational or medicinal order

Q: Can I track my package?

A: Yes!  You can track the progress of your delivery on our HOME page

Q: How will I know you’re on your way?

A: You will receive an SMS Notification when:

  • Your order is being prepared

  • Your package is out for delivery

  • You’re 1st in queue

  • Your delivery driver is 5 mins away

Q: What happens if I’m not home to receive my package?

A: First, we try to contact you to reschedule your delivery – we make every effort because we know how important your package is to you.  If we can’t get in touch with you, we will leave a door hanger to let you know we tried our best.

Q: Can I change my delivery time?

A: Yes!  Simply reach out to our Customer Service Team through our chat function [here]: we will work with you to find a better delivery time.  

Q: How can I allow someone else to accept my package for me?

  • For Medical Deliveries, only the prescribed individual can accept the package.  

  • For Recreational Deliveries, anyone over 19 years of age can accept your package on your behalf.  They will need to show ID and provide a signature upon delivery.
