Q: Can someone else accept my package on my behalf?
A: Discretion is important to us: part of our process is making sure the person who ordered is the person who receives the package, whether it’s a recreational or medicinal order

Q: How will I know you’re on your way?
A: You will receive an SMS Notification when:
Your order is being prepared
Your package is out for delivery
You’re 1st in queue
Your delivery driver is 5 mins away
Q: What happens if I’m not home to receive my package?
A: First, we try to contact you to reschedule your delivery – we make every effort because we know how important your package is to you. If we can’t get in touch with you, we will leave a door hanger to let you know we tried our best.
Q: Can I change my delivery time?
A: Yes! Simply reach out to our Customer Service Team through our chat function [here]: we will work with you to find a better delivery time.
Q: How can I allow someone else to accept my package for me?
For Medical Deliveries, only the prescribed individual can accept the package.
For Recreational Deliveries, anyone over 19 years of age can accept your package on your behalf. They will need to show ID and provide a signature upon delivery.
